1980s 'DRUNKEN BRICKLAYER' GLASS VASE
A striking example of British mid-century art glass design, this “Drunken Bricklayer” vase is in the style of Whitefriars UK. The design features an asymmetrical stacked geometric form with a distinctly Brutalist influence, combining architectural structure with playful abstraction.
Executed in richly coloured turquoise glass, the piece displays exceptional depth and luminosity, with the internal controlled bubble detailing adding texture and visual movement against the clean angular planes.
Presented in excellent vintage condition with light age-appropriate wear consistent with careful use (no visible chips or markings).
Dimensions: 204mm high x 100mm wide x 75mm deep
